Tyler holds a Professional Engineering license in both MA and RI, as well as his MA soil evaluator license. He graduated from Western New England University with a bachelor's degree in civil engineering and also completed a certificate of surveying engineering technology through the University of Maine. His favorite part of the job is seeing the projects he designs come to life during the construction phase and has even been known to build some of his own designs under his other company, Groundrules Excavating. In his free time, Tyler enjoys spending time outdoors. He is an avid baseball fan during the summer months and spends his winters skiing and snowmobiling. He also enjoys staying active with his dog, Springer.

Don first learned land surveying while he was in the Air Force as he attained the rank of Sergeant and has been in private practice for over 40 years. He has a MA Professional Surveying license and also has lots of experience in civil engineering work. His love for the outdoors goes hand in hand with his enjoyment of land surveying. He cherishes spending time with his family and when he can, he always enjoys going to a football game or Nascar race.
